Flexible, Convenient Telehealth Sessions
Most sessions are offered via telehealth, making it easier to fit therapy sessions into your busy life. Whether you need to meet during naptime, while feeding/pumping, or from the comfort of home, I create a schedule that works for you.
Postpartum Wellness Check-Ins
Not sure if therapy is even what you need right now? Are you looking for postpartum wellness planning? Are you wondering what is “normal” during this phase of life?
I offer preventative, short-term postpartum wellness check-ins to help you feel grounded during this life transition. This is often a space for new parents to talk through their birth story, postpartum concerns, explore self-care, ask questions about what is “normal,” and discuss infant development or sibling transitions.
