I’m Dr. Lauren Eggerth. I’m a highly experienced child psychologist who brings warmth, kindness, and research-backed care to everyone I work with. My approach is collaborative and transparent. I believe parents are the experts on their children and the best outcomes happen when we all work together as a team. I strive to make therapy approachable and meaningful so you always understand what we’re working on and why.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my family, reading a good book, enjoying nature, or practicing my own version of imperfect parenting.
